Northcroft Way is within easy reach of shops, leisure and entertainment facilities, with excellent public transport links to the City Centre close by. There is parking on-site and near to the property.
All utility bills, TV licence for the communal area and council tax are included in the rent, as is a weekly cleaning service and wireless broadband.
The cleaners clean the communal areas and kitchen once a week, and a gardener to take care of the garden.
The only additional cost is for those who wish to do their laundry in-house, with coin-operated washing machines and driers available. .
