Hi all, my flatmate is moving closer to work and I’m looking for a new flatmate. Lovely apartment complex, 2 mins walk to Brindley place, a gym at a 5 min distance, Broad street at a 3 min distance. Five ways and New street station are a 15 min walk from the apartment and is suitably located in the city center. We’ve got a beautiful canal line right behind. The flat comes with a parking spot and 24hr concierge service. I’m looking for a flatmate to be friends with while also respecting boundaries and private space.
