The property is located right next to the canal and is a 10 minute walk to the city centre. The 101 bus is just a three minute walk and the bus takes you to the city centre in under 10 mins depending on traffic.

There are plenty of cafes and pubs and restaurants located along the canal and the city centre.

Looking for a single professional person who is clean and tidy to join this peaceful house.

Cats would be welcomed as we currently have one male cat in the house.

The garden is a great space to relax and unwind after work or in the long summer months, with chairs and seating scattered around the garden so can read a book, have a glass of wine sitting under the trees.

The kitchen has gas cooker, a microwave, and table and chairs for eating meals.
