The house is a two bedroom, New Build house, with two bathrooms. In lozells , Birmingham, which is 10 minutes away from the city centre

The kitchen is small and the lounge is medium size.

Any visitors should leave by 01:00am, No visitors can sleep over.

A deposit of £600:00 is required , which will be given back under the conditions that, the new mattress and bed are not damaged and also the room.
The tenant should inspect, everything on arrival and sign a contract.

On the 28th of Every month £600:00 , should be paid to my bank account. All bills included.
