I am looking for a flatmate for the room available in the apartment. The apartment is on 18th floor with a beautiful view of the city. It has a washing machine, dryer, over, microwave fridge, a common area, a large gym in the building to use. Moda mercian is a luxury building located on broad street, built for comfort. The five ways train station is a 8 min walk and birmingham new street is 15. There is a tram station and a bus stop just infront of the building.
