The rent payment to agent will be quarterly in August, November, February, May. Council tax: band D

Can arrange viewings, the location of the house is convenient, 20 mins walk to New Street station, 10 mins walk to Five Ways station.

The house has 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet. No en-suite rooms.

I am a Muslim, and would prefer no males staying overnight. I am from Malaysia, working for a graduate job in city centre. I am reserved and I love staying in, can hang out in the living room most of the time haha.
