Double Bed Ensuite Room in Student Accommodation

This is a tenancy takeover as due to a recent personal issue I am unable to carry out this contract. Only for University students (proof is required!).

It is located in Altura Birmingham in a 8 bedroom premium ensuite shared apartment. You get your own room with a double bed and under bed storage. There is also desk, wardrobe and shelves and an ensuite. The apartment's dinning and kitchen is shared with 7 others but there are two sinks and fridges.

This contract is for 51 weeks, move-in date is from 7th September 2024 and move-out date is 29th August 2025. Currently, rooms are at 190/pw but this contract is at 180/ pw.

There is an onsite gym and private study rooms. This accommodation is situated close to most of the universities in Birmingham, the City Centre and train stations.
