Good size room at great price in city center Flat

FLEXIBLE MOVE IN CAN BE ARRANGED, currently August 16th.

My current Flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend, I really like the flat hence want to stay. The Flat is situated in Digbeth so loads just a stone’s throw away. Bus stop right outside, new street/moor street station just 15/20mins walk.

The room comes unfurnished, some furniture in shared lounge. Kitchen and bathroom are also shared. Loads of the little bits around the living room are my current flatmates. Meaning the Flat is a pretty plain canvas for you to make it your own and feel at home. My flatmate and I bought the sofas together, tbc confirmed what exactly stay and what doesn’t. Personally I always liked the thought of a nice L shaped sofa. There’s also got a little balcony with a pretty nice view at night. I work Monday-Friday, kick ball on the weekends, and do like myself a good rave from time to time.

Electric/heating bills ~ £50 a month each.
Water bill we currently pay every 6 months ~£100 each.
WiFi is included on my phone contract so I just pay that.
Council Tax band C

Lovely Private landlord as suppose to an agency hence the price so is so good. Always sorts any maintenance, request etc immediately. We’re on a 1 year rolling tenancy, although would like someone who’s looking for a longer more permanent stay.

I’d ideally like a guy to move in, but really i’m not bothered and happy for whoever as long as we’re on the same wavelength.
