2 bedroom flat in Birmingham City Centre

I have one bedroom available to rent in a 2 bedroom flat available from 1st of August 2024. Date is flexible, so moving in a few days before or after is possible. Long and Short-term stays are welcome.

Flat has two bedrooms, one bathroom and combined kitchen/living room with Juliet balcony.

The flat is in a very nice and quiet building situated right on the canal. It has concierge which takes care of the mail and parcels. There is also a gym that can be used by residents of the building. Flat comes with secure car park space which is included in the rent.

There's a convenience store and restaurant right outside, Tesco and Morrisons 10-minute walk, Lidl 15-minute canal walk, City Centre and New Street Station 15-minute walk, and multiple bus stops around.

Rent: £611 per month (includes Internet, Water Bill, Council Tax, Gym, and Car Park Space). Only the electricity bill is additional and varies monthly.

Room comes with a double bed with storage underneath, chest of drawers, and a converted pantry closet for extra space.

I’m a veterinary surgeon originally from Barcelona, living in the UK for the past two years and working in Birmingham. As a flatmate, I’m clean, tidy, and sociable, but I also appreciate my own space. I enjoy going to the gym, running, traveling, and the occasional night out.
