I am moving back down south and am looking for someone to take over my tenancy (all done officially via the landlord).
The current tenancy finishes at the end of November but it’s likely that it can be extended after that period if you like the flat.
The flat is in the Jewellery Quarter, a 15/20 minute walk to the centre. You will have your own bathroom as your flatmate has an en-suite.
The flat also has a great terrace with an amazing view of the city skyline.
You will be living with a lovely flat mate, a really kind and caring person. To name a few interests/hobbies she has: gym, cooking, boardgames, films (so if you share any of those it’s a plus).
