Roommate Wanted

Hi Everyone,

Below are the details of my property-

Address : Apartment 40, 48 Mason Way
Nearby Areas: Park Central, 14 mins to New Street
Property type: 1 BHK with Balcony
Full Rent: £900 monthly (£450 for Room Share)

Me & my partner had recently moved into this beautiful 1BHK flat opposite Park Central with an amazing view of the park. But my partner had to suddenly relocate to a different city owing to unforeseen circumstances.
I am an IT Professional working here & planning to stay in this same apartment. That's why looking for a flat mate who can share this property with me for a short term.

I understand that it's difficult to share a 1BHK flat but if someone is in dire need of an accommodation for short term basis, they can get in touch with me.
I'm aware this is very unusual, but we have the Rent Agreement for this property till the end of February with non-breakable clause & hence have to pay the full rent.
So we are in quite a difficult position.
