I have a double room going in a 2 bed 2 bath (you'd have the family bathroom), with balcony, top floor flat just by the city centre.
Has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, induction hob, all the cutlery etc I can share!
The flat is gorgeous, very spacious and quiet in a secure building and our landlord is great. It’s just around the corner from the canal and Jujus cafe, walkable to the city centre and less than 10mins from trams and buses, It’s available from 1st September, but can be flexible and about £625, council tax is about £110 and then bills around £100 too.

The only awkward thing about the flat is that the balcony access is through your room, but we can chat about that/what you're comfortable with!

I’m 25 and work as a journalist at the Mailbox and quite busy with work! I've lived here for a year with a flatmate whose sadly moving to Liverpool for a job 😭
I'm really friendly, quite wholesome, have lived in flatshares/houseshares for the last 5 years - I really love getting to know the people I live with and have some lovely friends from housemates!
