I am a single female living in city centre Birmingham looking for a female house mate to move in late August/early September time as my current house mate is moving in with her partner.
Please note that I am looking for a female flat mate to move in and a professional (rather than a student.)
The flat is in a quiet safe neighbourhood and is very well connected to the city centre. Five ways train station is a few minutes walk. It is a 5/10 minute walk to the Mailbox and Brindley Place and there is easy canal over the road. There is a Tesco express for essentials over the road and a Morrisons a 15 minute walk away.
Your room has a double bed and comes with a desk, wardrobe and side tables etc. You will also have sole use of the main bathroom in the flat which has a bath/shower as my room has an en-suite. The living room and kitchen are open plan and spacious. There is a parking space available as I don't drive so you are welcome to use this.
I'm easy-going, tidy and love all things music, travel and cooking! I love staying in and relaxing but also love a good night out and socialising with my mates. Would be great to spend some time together and hang out!
