1 room in quiet 2 bed flat

1 double bedroom available in a spacious 2 bed flat. There is access to a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. The living room contains a dining table, smart TV, and sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped and I am happy to share all kitchen equipment. There is a fridge in the kitchen with freezer box and a undercounter freezer in a cupboard off the hall. The flat is in a really quiet part of Bournville located near manor farm park, if also has ample (unmarked) parking out the back.

I work full time but a mix of hybrid and in the office. I do a lot of volunteering so I'm out most evenings and do a lot of travel.
