Room available in a 2 bed 2 bath in Brindley Place

Hi. I’ve made an offer on a 2 bed 2 bath in Sherborne Place, which is located around Brindley Place in the city centre in Birmingham. The flat overlooks the canal. There is one en-suite and one room with a detached bathroom with the combined rent for the flat being £1,400. I’m looking for a flatmate for the other room (I’ll be taking the en-suite). The apartment complex has a common area with a 24 hour concierge and regular social events for residents :)
