Description of Accom:
This is a double bed, ensuite bedroom at the Canalside. The bedroom has plenty of storage, a wardrobe, shelves and a desk.

The flat has a shared kitchen and storage room if more space is required e. g. to put your suitcases.

This is a 6 person shared flat situated on the third floor (elevators available). It is a mixed gender flat - I lived here with my school friend last year and she will continue to live here (female, aged 22). As for the other four occupants - I do not have details of who they are as they will be moving in this September (when I put you contact with Canalside Homes for Students you can ask for this information (they will be dealing with the application)).

There is no age limit, you just have to be a full-time university student.

There is a garden area downstairs which holds events during the summer/ good weather. Free gym and common room, study spaces are also available.

There is a shuttle bus service which can take you to and from your university (e. g. Aston, BCU) - this also takes you to Aldi and potentially other places you may want to go if you request the driver to do so (this is a timetabled service).

Rent & Bills:
All bills are included - £145 pw (total cost of rent is £6,421.43 for the tenancy period of 7th September 2024 - 14th July 2025).

The deposit is £250 which I have already paid - you will need to repay for deposit but we can negotiate the amount as I need someone to take over ASAP.

Payment starts on the 17th August but I will be paying the first payment which you will also need to repay.
