I'm moving back home in September so looking for someone to replace me for the start of a new 12 month tenancy with my flatmate Lucy.
The room is a standard double with an en-suite bathroom. The room came unfurnished but I'm happy to have a chat about buying some of the furniture that I'm happy to leave behind!
The flat is just off of Broad Street, about a 15-20 minute walk to the city centre. The building has a lovely concierge who receives any post during the day, a free gym, and communal spaces.
Lucy is 24 and starting her first teaching job in September, so if you WFH, you'll have the flat to yourself during the day.
Bills tend to be between £70-£100 depending on the weather.
