Room available in Aston

Hi, we are looking for a 6th housemate to move in asap. We are a group of 5 students that all go to Birmingham City University. We are all friendly and clean individuals, we regularly eat dinner and watch tv together which you would be welcome to join but also okay with someone that would prefer to keep to themselves. There are currently 3 girls upstairs and 2 boys downstairs, the spare room is upstairs and has a double bed, a desk and a wardrobe in. The bed has storage underneath. We have 2 bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. There is a drive way, a shared living room, kitchen, conservatory and garden. We have a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher as well.
