Female only family home - top floor double to rent

A family home (Mom and 2 girls). Eldest daughter is away at University so her room is available to rent during term time and most weekends if needed. Professional Mom in 40's with full time senior executive job. Youngest daughter (age 16) is about to become an A-Level student.

Lovely home in a very nice, quiet neighbourhood. Beautiful, airy and light double loft room with plenty of space (furniture included but personal belongings in photos will be removed). Black out blinds and full insulation.

Household bills included (gas, electricity, water, council tax, wifi/broadband etc). House is cool in summer and kept at a consistent 18 degrees during colder months. Kitchen has washing machine, tumble dryer, electric oven, electric hob and dishwasher. Fridge can be sectioned off as needed and separate cupboard space provided. Bathroom has very large bath and separate shower with instant hot water. Access to peaceful, lovely garden (not overlooked) including use of a separate garden room as needed for study/work.

5-10 minute walk to local shops. Public transport close by: 5-10 walk to bus stops for No.50 Bus and 10 min drive to local train station - (Yardley Wood) for access to Birmingham's Moor Street Station within c.15 mins via train.

Kings Heath centre is a short walk with Moseley centre a very short bus ride away. Kings Heath train station is currently being developed with imminent completion due.

Looking for a female flatmate (student or professional) who respects the need for others' work/study each day (Mon-Fri) with 9-5 timings. Tidy, clean, considerate and respects personal space. Will receive the same in return.
