I'm looking to rent out my sons old bedroom , this is a family home of myself and my 5 year old daughter, I work part time and we have 2 cats , there is a garden out the back and a drive to park out the front , I will consider couples but this would include a increase in the rent , I am easy going not strict respect people's privacy, we would share a bathroom and kitchen , im fun loving and easy going , we are close to pershore road and Bristol road regular bus to amd from city center or rival rail stations include selly oak and Bournville, local supermarket morrisons and Aldi we have a new Lidl being built also which will be a 4 min walk yay any way if your interested drop me a message room available straight away
