Spacious Double room to rent

I have a double room available. It is in a 2 bed property (both rooms are available to rent in the flat. My property is only rented by room only so there’s no shared space such as the living room due to it being used for me as the landlord when I’m there for short stays or just to look to ensure the property is kept maintained. Bills are included in the rent! All rooms are furnished and available.
