Hi everyone,

I am looking for a 2nd flatmate to live with me in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat in Birmingham City Centre.

I have lived here for 2 years, with one housemate moving on so looking for another flatmate to join me.

Rent/Bills
- Rent - £600 pcm (exc bills)
- Bills - Estimated £40 - £50 each
- Deposit - TBC with landlord (roughly 1 months rent).

The flat
- situated on the 21st floor (top floor penthouse), with open plan living/dining/kitchen area.
- Fully furnished
- located on five ways round about, 2 minute walk from broad street.
- 20 minute walk to New Street/ 5 minute walk to Brindley Place.
- Excellent transport links: five ways station, tram stop (Edgbaston village) and bus stops.
- Adjacent to broadway plaza, city centre gyms, Morrisons.
- parking not available with flat (permit/parking space availability to be discussed with landlord or other tenants).

I am a 24 year old young professional, working as a physiotherapist for UHB. I am clean, tidy and sociable person, looking to share the flat with another young male professional 🙂

Tenancy to start: 09.10.2024
(Potential to move in slightly earlier depending on vacating housemate).
