I am moving out and need someone to take over my contract. This room is not ensuite but shares bathroom with only one person (male). He is a quiet and tidy person. The house is close to the post office (3 mins walk), bus stop (2 mins walk), and right by Canon hill park (if you enjoy taking a walk or biking). There is an Aldi (15 mins walk from the house). There’s an Asda express and Costa (6-10mins walk away). 16 mins bus ride to the city centre (Bus 45/47).
