Double room in a double bedroom flat

Hi all, I am currently living with someone in a double bedroom flat, one double room with en-suite and one single room. My flatmate it’s looking to move around end of October or end of November depending on if we find some to replace it, we furnished the property and most of the stuff is ours, probably most of stuff will stay there.

Preferably I am looking for a professional, most likely a female, as I noticed that there are more keen towards tidying up and being organised around common areas ( I had a few issues in the past with male flatmates)

I am a working professional and I like quite life after work, usually I play games or enjoy nature if the weather it’s helpful, I like to cook and I like the flat to keep it as tidy as possible.
