Looking for someone to take over my contract

I am not looking for someone to take over my contract. Not a flatmate. The room is a Classic Plus at Pebble Mill, Pershore Road, Birmingham.
The room is rented through Vita Student. The successful applicant will then be passed on to Vita Student rental department and given all relevant contract details.
The Classic Plus room has ensuite bathroom, kitchen and a double bed with underbed storage. There is a hight desk with chair wardrobe, opening window, fridge-freezer kitchen microwave oven and sink.
