Conveniently located in central Birmingham, just 15 minutes from the city centre, this flat is within a gated community with 4 double ensuite rooms in each flat. The flat is right on the main road (Hagley Road) and is extremely safe, with convenience stores, a Subway and Pepe's right downstairs. There's a Morrisons superstore, Gym Group, Pure Gym and a CineWorld just 10 minutes away by walk.

The communal areas include a large living room with tall ceilings and plenty of natural light and a shared kitchen complete with all kitchen equipment.
Bills aren't included within the rent. However, bills come upto £100 including electricity, water and Wi-fi.

The flatmates are all professionals who predominantly work from home. Everyone keeps to themselves but are up for a friendly chat or occasionally a movie night on a weekend. There are two guys and a girl in the flat, and we'd prefer another woman for the other room.
