4. Checks: A clean credit history (no CCJs/IVAs) and positive references from your current employer and previous landlord. (UK homeowner guarantors are a plus).

5. Legal: All adult occupants must have a valid Right to Rent in the UK and must provide supporting documentation for verification

6. Lifestyle: Non-smokers preferred. We require a commitment to consistent, on-time rent payments and maintaining the property's high standard of cleanliness.
