Double en-suite room, professional house, £635pm

I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a house share with 6 other girls and 1 guy (but tbh he’s one of the girls now).

The house is clean and modern, located within walking distance to city centre and 2 minutes from Edgbaston Reservoir. The room has a double bed, a large built in wardrobe, desk and office chair, and an en suite bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is shared but there’s two fridges, hobs, laundry machines, etc so there’s space for everyone. The room is situated on the first floor so it’s quiet and away from the communal areas. It’s available from 4th of November for £635pm including all utilities and WiFi at no extra cost. The contract is up to 21st July 2025 with the possibility to extend.

We carefully choose our housemates which is why it’s a great house to live in. We’re all professionals in our mid to late 20s / early thirties and we all have adult 9-5 jobs. We’re friendly and often organise movie nights or family meals, but not at the expense of privacy and personal space. It’s a great house to live in - I lived here for 3.5 years and the only reason I’m moving is because I bought my own place.

We’re looking for a someone who is a professional or a postgraduate student, friendly, clean, respectful, and able to pass reference checks by our landlord (proof of income etc).
