Double room by the Botanical Gardens

I'm looking for a short-term tenant for December and January (potentially longer). The flat is tidy and quiet and has a view of a lovely shared garden.
All bills are included.
Double bed with desk and large, mirrored built in wardrobe.
Shared bathroom.
1st floor, no lift.
Spacious shared living room and kitchen.
Dishwasher and washing machine.
All crockery provided.
I will be the only other flatmate (subletting). I'm a PhD student at UoB and currently writing my thesis. I'm friendly and sociable, but I'm currently writing my thesis for a December deadline, so won't be much fun until Jan!
