Classic studio room available for 2025, looking to move out asap but need a replacement occupant for my room! Please contact me if you can help or have any questions :)

- good size en suite with toilet shower and sink
- kitchenette with microwave oven, sink, 2 burner hob and plenty of counter space and cupboard space
- included tv
- breakfast bar with 2 seats

Location is great - bus stop and Tesco express just across the road, 20 min walk to the bullring

Our Classic Studio’s offer all of the great features our Standard Studio’s do, but are available on floors 1-6 and are approximately 15-17sqm.

Dual occupancy for the Classic Studio is available for just an additional £25 per week.

With all the important university campuses close by, and a community of 500+ students, your biggest challenge might be juggling your social diary and finding time to relax!

The on-site gym may help. Or the ping pong table. Catching a match on the communal TV or a movie in the cinema room could also be the prompt you need to slow it down. That and all the comfy seats. If not, our regular wellbeing events will help you get your breath back.
