City centre double room available

My flatmate of a year is moving back home, so I'm looking for a replacement to take over in January. The flat is a good size with a shared, open-plan living, kitchen and dining area. There's one shared bathroom and a large rooftop balcony. Despite the flat being close to Broad St, it is nice and quiet for city centre living.

A little about me: I'm a technical trainer at a tech consultancy, working remotely, with about 1 day per week in a London office. My main hobbies include the gym and running, but I do also manage to enjoy a beer. Play a lot of chess and watch far too much rugby. I am clean and tidy and want a clean and tidy flatmate to keep a nice home with.

Who would be a good fit?
Someone who likes to stay busy and active. Clean, tidy, respectful, and tolerant of terrible jokes.
I am vegan, so would prefer someone who's not a big meat eater, but I'm quite relaxed so long as you don't run an abattoir as a side-hustle.
Someone who doesn't play loud music at all hours of the day as I'm often working from home.
