I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I’m relocating to Leeds for a new job.

The current agreement has 11 months remaining, and I can coordinate with the landlord to have your name added to the contract.

Details:
• Rent: £360 per month (excluding bills)
• Deposit: £340
• Bills: Approximately £80–£100 per month (maximum)
• Tenancy Contract: 11 months remaining
• Availability: From December 1st, 2024 (flexible if needed)
