You must provide copy of your passport, and any proof of right to stay in the UK.

1 room available for female tenant purely due to religious reasons.

Bills included, really fast fiber broadband, parking available, (EV charger also available) and garden space available (we do BBQs often).

Two bathrooms, one can be reserved exclusively for tenant if preferred or required.

We are a small family, a couple and a toddler.

No pets or smoking please.

We are a Muslim household so we would prefer a muslim tenant or someone that is aware of halal standards eg no alcohol, pork, smoking etc just to avoid any awkwardness.

Most of the time we are home and we work from home.

You will have access to two living space and kitchen as you wish without any restrictions.

We can provide you with dedicated cupboard space and fridge/freezer if you prefer.

You are welcome to enjoy the meals we eat at no extra charge.

The house is close to shops, supermarkets, bus stops and motorway.
