Double room to rent in 2 person houseshare

Hi! I’m Erin, I’m 29, and I’m looking for a new housemate to move in around the end of January or the start of February.

I’d love to find a professional female housemate, ideally aged 25 or older, who’s tidy, respectful, and easygoing. I really enjoy having a housemate I can hang out with sometimes but also someone who appreciates having their own space and downtime too.

A bit about me: I’m into crafts, spending time outdoors, running, going to the gym, and enjoying good food. If you’re into any of these things, I think we’d get on really well!

The house itself is super cosy and spacious. It has a private garden, on-street parking, and even a spare room. The location is fab too, it's just down the road from Stirchley high street, so there are plenty of great bars, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby.

The room will be partly furnished (my current housemate will leave the bed, mattress and potentially the wardobe), so you’ll have the chance to make it feel like your own. I’ve been here since July 2021 and have absolutely loved it, the landlord has been fantastic and really quick to sort out any issues.
