We have furnished rooms available in our *modern* shared house in Birmingham.

Postcode, 25 minutes bus journey to Birmingham City Centre or 12 mins on the train .

The property has a number of shops nearby aswell as parks.

The property includes all the bills ( Gas, water, electric) and comes with free fast wi-fi.

Your room will include a brand-new bed, mattress, bedding, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

You will have access to a modern shared kitchen (with cooker, fridge/freezer, washer and dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster) communal lounge and shared bathroom (there is 3).

As this is supported accommodation (intended for people who are unable to afford a normal rented property at present), to be eligible for a room, you will need to be receipts of benefits such as Universal credit, ESA, JSA, UC, or PIP.

All we ask is that you pay an affordable monthly service charge of £70. This is to cover our costs to provide a cleaner who will visit to clean the kitchen, living room and bathrooms. We pride ourselves on providing a clean and welcoming home.

All tenants moving in will be thoroughly vetted, this is to ensure the property is looked after and all tenants get along. We are not like other HMO providers ! We are picky about who resides in our properties.
