Double room available within the city centre

Looking to let out one of the rooms in my 2-bedroom apartment. I welcome all genders, the most important thing is that you are a clean and respectful and must be able to pay your part of the rent.

Please note: I value cleanliness highly and expect anyone renting to keep the apartment as tidy as possible. No dirty habits or untidiness. I simply can't live with someone who cannot or does not clean.

12mins walk to Birmingham new street train station/Bull ring, 16mins walk to National Express Coach Station, 8mins walk to Birimngham O2 Areana, 10mins walk to Broad Street/Birmingham Library.
