Double bedroom in Townhouse £450/month + bills

Hi,

We are are 2 young professionals looking for a 3rd to replace our outgoing flatmate at the end of this month/early July.

The sizeable room is located on the first floor, has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Rent is £450/month
Bills usually come to around £160/month.
We are looking for someone to take on a joint tenancy for 12 months ideally.

The bathroom will be shared with myself. The other flatmate, Henry has his own ensuite on the top floor. There is also a small toilet on the ground floor.

On the ground floor, the kitchen leads into a small through dining area and lounge, with a small garden out the back.
The kitchen contains shared utensils, a fridge freezer and washing machine.

A bit about me, I moved here from London in September 2023 and currently work as a Doctor. Love hiking and the outdoors, Man Utd fan 🥲 and play football weekly. Henry works in software developing and works from home most days of the week.

We all have our own lives but once in a while will go for a meal/drink together. We will often chat when we bump into each other. The lounge doesn't get used as much as it should, but it's nice to have the space! We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy, respects personal space, but is also sociable too and will fit in with the current house dynamic.
We are looking for another young professional or mature student.

The townhouse is a great find! It's located on a quiet road, a stones throw away from Sunset Park in the South City Centre. The following example locations are within walking distance:
