We seek a professional individual to join our friendly and sociable household.

We are three professional individuals living in a beautiful, big house. One large, spacious room has recently become available. All bills, council tax, TV licence, broadband, and a cleaner are included in the price.

The room is fully furnished to a high standard, with a king-sized bed, matching cabinet, chest of drawers and a double wardrobe.

We have a lovely garden and a sunroom. The living room is fully furnished and has a smart TV. There is a newly fitted shared kitchen and bathroom downstairs. Upstairs is a toilet room.

Bearwood High Street is a two-minute walk away, and it offers access to cafes, shops, and supermarkets. Great transport links into Birmingham City Centre (10 minutes by bus) are available, and the QE Hospital bus stop is just at the front of the house. Parking is available on the street. Warley Woods and Lightwoods Park are all within walking distance.
