Hello! I’m the current tenant looking for a new flatmate to join me in my comfortable, furnished flat. Here’s what you need to know:
Rent & Deposit: £575 per calendar month, all bills included. Payment via direct debit. A deposit of £300 is required.
Amenities & Shared Spaces: You’ll have shared access to the kitchen, living room, and bathroom. The flat comes with 150mbps internet, bath/shower, heating, etc. The landlord handles all maintenance.
House Rules: No smoking in the common rooms. I do have cats, so pet lovers (or at least cat-friendly folks) are a must!
Requirements:
Valid picture of passport and recent payslip.
Working professional preferred, aged 18–35.
Contract Details: 12-month agreement with 3 months’ notice for early termination. After 6 months, we’ll discuss renewal or new terms.
Would love to meet any perspective flatmate for a coffee to discuss terms. Lets get on and have a laugh together :)
