Description
Hi,
I have a small room available to rent in B18, can either be with a single or double bed, up to preference/depending on how much more space you want.
A little about the property: it’s a small house tucked onto a tiny terrace right by city hospital, there’s a decent sized kitchen, small garden and a living room/office downstairs and then two bedrooms and a bathroom with bath/shower upstairs. Currently half-furnished, your room would be fully furnished before moving in.
Around a 10 minute walk to the jewellery quarter station or a 5 minute walk to bus links in/out of the city centre.
As for me, late 20s, I work for a charity, I like to read, watch movies/TV, cook, and listen to music when I’m at home, I don’t usually have friends around more than once a week, generally I try to keep home as a relaxing space.
The prospective housemate has to be good with animals as I have a dog who will want to make friends with whoever else lives here and I’d want to feel comfortable going to work knowing you’d get along.
It would be nice if you were also a vegetarian/vegan just to avoid food contamination and maybe to cook some meals together if you’re up for it.
Aside from that I’m mainly after a chill, neat, considerate person who I can click well with, if you think that’s you or you have any questions, drop me a message!
