🏡 Room to Rent – Cozy Home in B18, Near City Hospital

Looking for a relaxed, friendly place to call home? I have a small room available in a charming 2-bed house located on a quiet terrace in B18, right by City Hospital. The room can come furnished with either a single or double bed, depending on how much space you prefer.

The house includes:

A bright kitchen with plenty of space for cooking

A cozy living room/office area

A small garden – perfect for a morning coffee

Bathroom with bath and shower upstairs

Wi-Fi and central heating, of course

The room is half-furnished currently, but I’m happy to furnish it fully before move-in if needed. We're just a 10-minute walk to Jewellery Quarter station and 5 minutes to bus routes in/out of the city centre – super convenient.

A little about me: I’m in my late 20s, work for a charity, and enjoy reading, cooking, music, and the occasional binge-watch. I value a peaceful, tidy home and like to keep the vibe laid-back. I rarely have guests over more than once a week.

You’ll need to be comfortable with dogs – I have a lovely dog who’s part of the household and would love a new friend! Ideally, you’re vegetarian or vegan (just easier with food prep and storage), and maybe even up for a shared meal now and then.
