I’m moving to Germany in July so looking at options to rent out my lovely 2 bed house. It comes with a cute garden and on street parking. The house is fully furnished.

Downstairs is a spacious kitchen with utility room and toilet. The front room has a desk for working from, dining table and love seat sofa. There is a bike rack on the wall and plenty of space for other bikes. The living room has double sofa, TV and log burner.

Upstairs has a light and spacious bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom is light and spacious with double bed wardrobe and chest of drawers. The second bedroom is smaller with a 3/4 bed, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The house is located just off the Pershore Rd so easy access to the city centre and university. Also has Cannon Hill park and the River Rea on the doorstop and 20min walk to Stirchley high street.

I’ll be sad to leave the beautiful home, but hope to find someone who will love living here as much as me.

Can be flexible on moving in date.
