Accommodation is a high rise beautiful building with an incredible view out onto the city. Right next to co-op, Greggs and McDonald's and close to Morrisons so really ideal location. 15 min walk to the train station and there is paid parking within the complex.
There is a pharmacy a 5 min walk away so all your requirements are met.
I will be relocating which is the only reason I'll be moving out. Current flat mate has an ensuite so you will also have your own bathroom just next to your bedroom which will ONLY be used by yourself.
The girl you will be staying with is incredibly clean, has a friendly bubbly demeanour while respecting all boundaries and would want the same in a replacement flatmate. Someone who is easy going, but clean and responsible is what we are looking for.
