Room for rent

I'm probably going to sound biased (well, duh! 😉 ) but I love my home and I'm ready to share it with the right person. So, please find details of a large double room available for rent. You'll find a comfortable double bed, storage closet and additional storage space included, and I'll be happy to discuss providing additional items if required (withinin reason).The house has been recently renovated and consists of large kitchen/ diner, two bathrooms (mostly exclusive possession of upstairs bathroom), garden with dining and leisure areas and off street parking. Garden shed may be used if required, although space is limited. Quiet location, but close to main transport links (2 stops on the train to New Street station) and the airport. Bills included.
Interested parties must be aware that there are pets in the house: male French bulldog (friendly and quiet, not prone to barking) and 2 budgies (also well behaved and mostly quiet). I enjoy cooking and baking so there will be a treat available from time to time 😉 If you're a person who can respect my home and it's occupants then I'm sure we'll catch on like a house on fire!
