There is a Deposit of £522 but spare room wouldn’t put that on.

15 minutes to Mosley, 5mins to Aldi and edgbaston stadium, 2 minute walk to cannon hill park and bus stops- easy access to most areas of Birmingham.

The two current housemates are 25m, 27m, one a special educational needs teacher and the other a junior doctor. We are a sociable house looking for similar minded people who are up for a trip to the pub for a pub quiz or chilling with a night in.
