£950 for 2 Rooms in a House Share

After a long exchange with SpareRoom's moderation team, I hope I can finally state the following:

SpareRoom's Early Bird access feature can be confusing and doesn't make clear alternative solutions for people who cannot afford it. Thus, I'm available on other major social media platforms that I cannot name, but that you might be able to search for online. I'm also available in real life at local community events.

I've got a top floor of a house that needs to go ASAP! Two double bedrooms: one big and one small.

Large double bedroom with flat screen HD TV: £500 a month / £115.40 a week

Small double bedroom: £450 a month / £103.85 a week

There is a bathroom exclusively for the top floor, so if you are a solo renter who wants both rooms, you can have a private bathroom and two double rooms for £950 a month or £219.24 a week.

All bills are included: electricity, gas, water, wi-fi, you name it.

It's a quiet lane and this property has one of the biggest gardens, which you will have access to. You'll be allowed to smoke, have barbeques, have picnics, or just lay in the sun (weather permitting).

There are two communal living spaces, one of which has another HD TV and a dining space. There is a kitchen complete with pots, plates, cutlery, stove, oven, microwave, fridge, fryer, kettle, and toaster.

I'm free nearly every day from 09:00 to 17:00 for in-person or remote viewings.

The deposit for any given room or both rooms is the same as one month's rent (so £500 for the large double room, £450 for the small double room, and £950 for both).

The property is a three-storey house, and unfortunately is not wheelchair accessible. Pets are not allowed in the house either. However, the environment is welcoming; we don't discriminate and try to make as many adjustments as possible where we can.
