Hi there! My name is Iara. I’m 23, Angolan- Portuguese and work as a nurse ☺️

Unfortunately my current flatmate will be moving out to pursue her PHD in a different city so I’m looking for someone to take over her tenancy agreement. Ideally, someone who is kind, reliable and respectful since I consider myself to be exactly like that too 🥹

Because I’m a nurse, I don’t spend a lot of time at home because I’m either working or going out. There will often be times where I do night shifts and for this reason, someone who is considerate when it comes to noise is fundamental.

*Location*
The flat is very conveniently located in the Brindley place area.
Small off license 2 min walk, Sainsbury’s and Tesco 8 min walk, Puregym and the gym group 12 min walk and Birmingham New street 20 min walk.
There’s also a bus stop 1 min away.

*The flat*
It’s a spacious 2 bedroom flat, completely furnished. Both bedrooms are en-suite but we’d have to share the kitchen and living room (since my flatmate is leaving, there will be no TV though 🥹).
Amenities include fridge/ freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

*Bills*
Bills are not included but for reference, per person is normally:

Rent- £613.08
Water- £14.32
Electricity- £40
WiFi- £12.5
Council tax- £114
If you drive, parking would be an additional £100 per month 😢

Note that water and electricity fluctuate depending on how much it is consumed.

*Moving in date*
You’d be able to move in on the 30th Sep 2025.

I am planning on moving out too by Jan 2026 so there will be 3 options:

1) We either move out together

2) We find someone else to replace me (I will most certainly be happy to help)

3) You pay for the whole flat
