I’m moving away for an exciting job opportunity, so we’re looking for someone to take my place in our beautiful 2 bed, 2 bath apartment in the heart of Birmingham.
You’ll be sharing with my partner – a 28-year-old, M professional working full-time in the city centre. He’s friendly, tidy, easy-going, and respects personal space.
He enjoys home cooking, is a non-vegetarian and his hobbies include badminton, gaming, watching YouTube and playing piano (he does it on headphones). He does enjoy an occasional drink or a cookout after work to unwind with housemates.
About the room:
Bright, airy, spacious and comfortable double room with ensuite shower room and plenty of storage.
Fully furnished, we have further furnished it to fine details especially the white goods. Happy to share these amenities. The house is ready to move in.
Unbeatable Location:
Directly opposite Birmingham New Street Station – perfect for commuting around the city or further afield at the same time quiet from the city's hustle bustle when you need it.
4–5 minutes’ walk to major local bus interchanges, national services through FlixBus and Megabus, and 15 mins walk to Digbeth Coach station.
Sainsbury’s Local in the same building so literally a minute's walk (open 7am – 11pm)
Just 2–4 minutes’ walk to The Mailbox and canalside restaurants, shops and cafes
Major gyms are all within 10mins walk, there's an Anytime Fitness within the building but access is to be bought separately.
About Us:
We have lived together as a professional couple who have kept the apartment clean, relaxed and welcoming. We’re now looking for a suitable replacement who is considerate, tidy and clean, and enjoys a peaceful home environment after work and would keep up with the wonderful energy we have created here. :)
