There are two bathrooms in the house, meaning you will have the luxury of your own bathroom.
The House
The house is a two-bed terrace on a quiet residential street. It's finished to a very high standard throughout.
The living room is comfortable and is furnished with a Sofa, TV, Coffee Table, and storage unit. There is a dining room in the middle of the house, and the kitchen which is fitted with integrated kitchen goods and plenty of storage space.
There is on-road parking available and we never struggle to park close to the house. There is a yard with outdoor storage to the rear of the property and a garden beyond the yard.
The Situation
I've been living in the house for approx. 18 months, my lovely housemates are buying a place, and I'm quite keen to stay here, so am therefore looking for a replacement. We have rented this property through an agent, so you will be required to go through their referencing process. I am an estate agent myself, and am knowledgeable about these things.
