I’m renting out a spacious double room in a gorgeous, private gated estate in Edgbaston, right opposite Cannon Hill Park. The house is also very close to University of Birmingham!

A bit about me: I’m a clean and tidy professional, very easy going and social, but I work a lot so I’m not around the house too often. I rarely use the living room, so you’ll have the freedom to enjoy it—whether that’s relaxing, inviting friends over, or making it your own space.

I’m looking for a friendly female housemate (no strict preferences) to move in, as my lovely current flatmate is relocating abroad for work.
