Lovely double room in Harborne!

Hi, I have a double room available in a lovely, spacious flat on the edge of Harborne (a 10 min walk to the high street) from mid to end of October (semi-flexible). I'm a 26 year old professional recently moved to the city so looking for someone friendly, up for going to the pub/socialising but also staying in and binging TV shows together!

It's a gorgeous flat with lots of green space/shared gardens, a garage and parking. The flat has loads of storage, very light and airy and you'd get a double bedroom with a wardrobe, chest of drawers & space for under bed storage. There's a bus stop right outside with great transport links to the city centre. Rent is £575 per month plus bills and our landlord is lovely. Council tax band is C.
